Responsibilities include: 


  • Prospect and develop new markets for our products and services.
  • Maintain service and sales support to existing customer accounts for parts, equipment and repairs.
  • Adhere to set pricing structure and monitors gross profit margins; develops accurate sales quotes on equipment and systems recommended and ensures proper follow-thru.
  • Analyzes customer operations and makes recommendations on appropriate equipment and systems. Completes call reports on sales calls made to customers.
  • Confers with and maintains dealer relations; consults with vendors and performs research in order to quote best products and prices to customers.
  • Attends vendor training sessions to maintain knowledge of new products and developments in the industry. Attends trade shows as well.
  • May perform one or more of the following:
    • Appraise customer units for trade-in value.
    • Prepare written budgets.
    • Perform factory demonstrations to enable customers to view equipment in operation.
    • Deliver, install and instruct customers on proper use of equipment sold.
    • Creates accurate layout or blueprint of recommended equipment and systems for estimator and customer.
    • Processes job files and requisitions; assist in collection of monies due.
Qualified Education/Background: 


  • Excellent proven sales skills, including prospecting, developing and servicing accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Quality negotiation skills and ability to make effective sales presentations.
  • Good mathematical and organization skills.
  • High school education is required with a undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
  • One to three years' experience with B2B sales
